Unfortunately, my teeth make me a frequent dental patient. However, I’ve had great experiences in this office. I’ve been a patient for over 2 years now. Dr. Gupta has gone above and beyond to make sure my dental needs are met. She is also personable which makes it welcoming to see her every check up. Her team is great and I would highly recommend to anyone.

There are no words to describe how incredible Dr Gupta is! Aside from her fantastic dental abilities (she is gentle and pain free) she is a caring human being! I broke my tooth Friday night. Office was closed Saturday but she knew I was in pain so she met me at her office Saturday anyway and spent three hours repairing my tooth. I highly recommend her to everyone!!

As stated in many of these reviews, I agree that Dr. Gupta and the members of her staff have a very good “bedside manner,” which makes a visit to the dentist as pleasant (or I daresay at least as unpleasant) as possible. But when it comes to any medical procedures, bedside manner will only get a practitioner so far. When all is said and done, competency with respect to diagnosis and treatment is the end all and be all and judging by this criterion, Dr. Gupta and her staff are every bit as exemplary and then some. I’m certainly no expert, but the thing that has impressed me the most after three visits is that as she is addressing trouble spots, she is constantly reevaluating the best course of action; in fact, she even called for additional X-rays in the middle of what was to be a root canal because once she had “opened things up,” she realized that a more conservative option might be acceptable. She also has very good communication skills because she explains this in detail as she is going along. In addition to keeping the patient informed, at least in my case, this also serves to assuage any apprehension I might have about what is being done. If you’ve ever felt like a cog on an assembly line when having a medical procedure done, rest assured, that’s exactly how you won’t feel at One and Truly Dental.

Very professional

Dr Chitvan Gupta did a laser gum removal procedure on me. Despite an anxious wait for my appointment, her hospitality and reassurance leading up to the gum removal helped me get through the procedure without problems. Dr Gupta also consistently asked and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. As for my dental condition, I entered the clinic not being able to bite down without pain, and left with the ability to chew properly once again, no problems at all, so I can confidently say Dr Gupta’s procedural skills were top notch. I’m sure that due to a perfect mix of empathy, skill, and knowledge, and a very welcoming staff at her side, Dr Gupta’s patients will leave her clinic 1000% satisfied with their care, just as I was.

Just had a cleaning done with Beth the Hygienist. She is so gentle that I didn’t even know that she was cleaning my teeth! She played this very relaxing music and I was soooo chilled! She and Dr Gupta are wonderful!

Came in for a broken tooth that I thought would need a root canal. The office was able to clear the tooth’s decay with out actually a root canal and allow the tooth to heal naturally

I was specifically looking for a biomimetic dentist, and I reached out to Dr. Gupta to discuss receiving reconstructive work (in the place of having a crown put in, which is what other dentists recommended). I had such a lovely conversation and connection with her that I made the decision to travel all the way up from Virginia to see her. And WOW, I couldn’t be more pleased with the whole experience — from the loving, warm welcome I received by Dr. Gupta & staff, to the depth of care, presence and precision of Dr. Gupta and her dental assistant as they worked on my teeth! I had a great experience. Dr Gupta saved me from a root canal and I walked away with a filling only. She spent over 90 min on that filing, and the results speak for themselves. She's open and honest, and I trust her opinion. Staff is welcoming and nice.

From the moment I made the first call to the office, I felt welcome. My questions were answered with no hesitation and professionally. Date and time of appointment was mutually acceptable. The office is spotless! The entire staff are friendly, professional and extremely knowledgable creating a very comfortable experience.

They have been so nice and sensitive to my needs. Beth the hygenist has performed miracles with my teeth and really cares about me. It shows. I love working with them. I drive all the way from bethpage and it’s a 35 min drive without traffic. This is how much I love them. To find a practice that works with you is priceless.

Excellent service and very fast. I had two fillings done under 30 min. Dr. Malin and her assistant Noemi are wonderful and make you feel special. I absolutely loved the anesthesia reversal Dr. Malin offered me. Instead of feeling numb and droopy for 3 hours, my lip came back to normal after 20 minutes. Love! Love! Love!

Just had my cleaning with Beth today. She is the BEST. I used to hate going to the dentist but I started going here almost 2 years ago now and I actually look forward to my cleanings. This is the only time in my life (aside from when I was kid) I've kept up with them every 6 months because they are so wonderful. Everyone in the office is so sweet and professional. They are all very knowledgeable and I always feel like I leave learning a little more about my teeth! They truly care about their patients and it shows. Best experience ever at a dentist

I highly recommend "The One and Only Dental Care" center!!! Besides having the latest equipment and great staff, Dr. Malin has other specialists working there as well, which is a big plus. I recently saw Dr. Iyman, who did my frenectomy and gum graft, I like how he went over the procedure beforehand so I knew exactly what's going to happen and what to expect. After the procedure, he took his time going over post-operating instructions and addressed all my questions. I am very happy with this office and keep recommending it to all my friends and family!

I'm from very far out-of-state, and they took care of me, quickly and efficiently! I needed a new consult and gum graft in 3 regions. Dr. Mariya did my consult; so nice and pleasant. Ashley (receptionist) is so kind and caring. She fought with my insurance because they had some weird clause. Ashley got it fixed! Dr. Iyman did my first graft in under an hour; took time to explain to me what he was doing and followed up later that day. Ashley has since been following up and ensuring that my healing processes is going well. Couldn't have gotten a better dentist-periodontist-receptionist combo.

My family and I went yesterday. I highly recommend this place! Not only is the office beautiful but the staff and experience was the best. Teething cleaning, x-Ray’s and even a oral cancer scan for myself and husband. This was the best cleaning I have ever had! My 2 1/2 year old son and almost 4 year old daughter LOVED being there. They had such a great time and loved getting their teeth cleaned. All around great experience. I highly recommend this dentist office and we’ll be back!

Excellent dental experience

For someone who has a fear of going to the dentist, the One and Only Dental staff always make me feel calm and comfortable. From the second you walk in the door and are greeted by the two lovely ladies at the front desk Ashley and Laura who always have big smiles on their faces. From Beth always making me laugh and smile to make sure I’m as comfortable as can be while in her chair. Dr. Mariya is the best. Any problem I’ve had she has taken care of. She is so gentle and makes sure I’m nice and relaxed. Everyone in that office makes going to the dentist enjoyable and I would highly recommend this team to everyone out there.

My daughter (5) and I had a great experience at One and Only. The office is gorgeous - beautiful colors and design. The front desk is friendly and efficient. Dr Koster couldn't have been more thorough and gentle with my daughter. She explained each step she was taking so my daughter wouldn't be scared and had the best "chairside" manner. She walked me through the xrays to show how her teeth were growing too. You can tell Dr Koster is very passionate about her job and I'm glad my daughter is in good hands

This is my second trip here in as many weeks (we have 4 children), and the staff are wonderful, knowledgeable and very component. Front desk to hygienist to dr Gupta- all have been extremely professional and helpful, Dr G has been great at diagnosing problems immediately (unlike some dentists that probe and probe away!). I would certainly recommend this clinic to others.
